1. Triveni Ghat - It is a popular ghat to take a holy bath in river Ganges and you can attend a ganga aarti too here between 6 pm and 7 pm.

 2. Laxman Jhula - A famous landmark in Rishikesh is a hanging bridge which connects Tapovan in Tehri Garwal and Jonk in Pauri Garwal . Currently it is under construction . It is a popular belief that Lord Laxman crossed the Ganges on jute ropes here.

 3. Neer garh Waterfall- This place is perfect for trekking and picnics and waterfall is just 5 km from Rishikesh. 

4. Parmarth  Niketan- This ashram teaches you Yoga and meditation sessions . ganga aarti also performed here every evening. 

5. Rajaji national Park - Teeming with loads of wildlife like Tigers, leopard and elephants ,this place is ideal for wildlife safari .

 6. Beatles Ashram- This ashram was once used by Beatles to meditate but now lay abandoned. 

 7. Shivpuri- this is a famous location from where river rafting is started. Camping and kayaking can also be done here.
